Data Deletion Instructions

GemKit Studio (operated by MUTAFS, LLC) stores only the data needed to publish your own product content to the social and marketplace accounts you connect (Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy, Shopify): an access token, your account id / username, and a log of the posts published through GemKit.

How to delete your data

1. Disconnect an account: Settings → Integrations → the platform card → disconnect. The stored token and account identifiers are deleted immediately.
2. Remove GemKit from Instagram: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → remove GemKit Studio. Instagram notifies us and we delete the connection automatically.
3. Delete your whole account and all data: email kaanmutaf@gemkitstudio.com from the address you registered with. We delete the workspace, products, images, listings and social post history within 30 days and confirm by email.
